Face Coverings

It is mandatory to wear a face covering if you are invited to the surgery for an appointment of any kind - this does not have to be a surgical mask.  This must cover your nose and mouth whilst allowing you to breath comfortably.  Further guidance from the government on face coverings can be found herehere and here.

Face mask exemption (FME) applies to certain people:

  • General FME cards - here.
  • Printer Friendly cards - here.
  • Autism FME card - here.
  • Hidden Disabilities - here

You do not need to contact the surgery for a FME Card.
