Appointments
Total Triage Strategy
We are a total triage practice meaning that all requests for appointments are read by a GP in the first instance whereby they decide based on the information the patient has give the admin team when you have rang in or information on your econsult, if they receommend you have an urgent appointment that day or another day in the week or the following week. When the doctor triages your medical concern ensuring you are given the appropriate care by the appropriate clinician at the right time. This helps us to clinically prioritise patients requesting acute care ensuring patients are given the care they need at the time.
Our aim is to get back to you by the end of the next working day at the latest. You can either submit an eConsult or telephone us on 01325316637 to request an appointment.
