In the event of a life threatening emergency, call 999 or for non-emergency medical advice, call 111.  Both numbers are free from landlines or mobiles and is a 24-hour service.

111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally. 

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

• Treat yourself at home
• Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.

Our telephone lines open at 8am.  *Our front doors open at 8:30am and no early access will be given.  Please note we are closed on all bank holidays (including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years' Day).

Branch Surgery

The branch surgery is open for dispensary collections at the usual times for patients that require their medication.

 OUR BRANCH SURGERY IS NOW RE-OPENING FOR COLLECTION OF MEDICATIONS AS FROM 3.30PM ON 27TH OCTOBER AND FOR PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS from 28th OCTOBER

 The surgery will be open some additional mornings for clinics at 8.30am where there is either a nurse or a GP clinic.
